Advanced Master Leadership Inventory 120™

Understand How You Leadand What to Develop Next

Explore your leadership capability, recognise the dimensions you lead through and identify practical opportunities for development through a human-centred leadership discovery experience.

Leadership is more than a type

Leadership cannot be fully understood through a single label.

MASTER 120™ explores leadership as a dynamic set of tendencies, orientations, capabilities, strengths, possible overextensions and developmental priorities. Rather than placing you into one fixed category, it helps you examine:

the leadership styles most visible in your current tendencies

the capabilities through which your intentions become behaviour

how context and pressure may influence your response

which strengths may support your contribution

where greater balance or development may broaden your leadership range

Your results are interpreted as a starting point for reflection and development — not as a final judgement about who you are.

Three questions. One integrated leadership profile.

1

WHO AM I AS A LEADER?

Explore your leadership identity through the seven MASTER dimensions. Understand your dominant, supporting and balancing orientations, as well as the overall shape of your leadership tendencies.

2

HOW DO I LEAD?

Explore how your leadership is expressed through communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, decision-making, adaptability, relationships and capability building.

3

WHAT SHOULD I DEVELOP?

Identify strengths to refine, tendencies that may require greater regulation and development priorities that can be translated into observable workplace practice.

Your MASTER Leadership Identity™

MASTER 120™ preserves the seven leadership dimensions of the MASTER Leadership Framework™. The 120-item version expands these dimensions with greater behavioural depth and more precise developmental interpretation.

How your leadership becomes behaviour

Leadership identity describes the orientations you may bring to leadership. Capability shows how those orientations may become visible in practice. MASTER 120™ explores seven leadership-capability profiles.

Create work with people in mind

MASTER Leadership Framework™ is grounded in the belief that leadership should strengthen both human capability and meaningful performance.

The framework considers leadership in relation to:

human dignityemployee voicepsychological safetyresponsible decision-makingcapability developmentorganisational learningsustainable contributiontrust

The purpose is not to produce a perfect leadership score. The purpose is to help leaders become more aware, balanced, intentional and responsive to the people and systems they influence.

Evidence is developed, not assumed

MASTER 120™ is a theory-informed developmental assessment.

The current instrument and interpretation architecture are subject to continuing empirical evaluation, including reliability analysis, factor-analytic examination, validation, cross-cultural testing, longitudinal research and future norming.

Current score bands, subscales, maturity levels, profile labels and interpretive relationships should therefore be understood as provisional until supported by sufficient evidence.

MASTER 120™:

  • is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument
  • does not place people into a fixed identity
  • does not prove leadership effectiveness
  • does not directly measure how others experience the participant
  • should not be used as the sole basis for selection, promotion or exit decisions
  • should be interpreted alongside context, behaviour and feedback

Know your tendencies. Understand your capabilities. Develop with intention.
